Two Component Silicone Sealant for Insulating Glass

KLX-818 is a two component, neutral curing silicone sealant specifically designed for insulating glass assembly. The formulation of KLX818 products has high modulus and high strength to meet the assembly requirements of insulating glass. KLX818 not only has the advantages of weather resistance, high temperature resistance and good adhesion of ordinary silicone sealant, but also features on low air permeability. During assembly, KLX818 is implicated with a special two-component glue machine with the two components are mixed in a specified ratio and solidified to form an elastomer, so that the product has a warranty of 15 years.

5.Excellent performance in high temperature and low temperature conditions, it will not become brittle, hardened or cracked even at -30℃ conditions after curing;

6.Good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives or sealant.
